What maintenance doesn't include

- Texts, images and other content
- Hosting, the domain and paid plugins: they stay in your name
- Cleaning up after a hack, if the problem doesn't come from our work
- Work beyond the included hours: €50 an hour, proposed beforehand
What we promise, and what we don't
We can't promise that a plugin will never have a problem. We promise that no update reaches your live store without being tested on a copy first.

What does “tested” mean?
Every update is applied to a copy of your store first. On the copy, we place a test order and check the main pages; only then do we update your live store.
My store was built by someone else. Is that OK?
Yes. The first time, we do a one-off setup, €150: we look at how the store is built and which plugins it uses, and prepare the tests.
What happens if a test fails?
The update doesn't reach your live store. We fix the problem within the hours included in your plan, and if it needs more, we propose the price first.
Why is Store Plus “coming soon”?
Because the courier-label test is still being prepared. We'll switch the plan on once the test works on our demo store.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes, every month, in euro. Our prices are final: we're not a VAT payer in Romania, so no VAT is added. For businesses in other EU countries, the reverse charge applies.
