From Invisible to Searchable in 2–3 Weeks

Most freelancers and local businesseslose potential clients before a single conversation happens — not because they do bad work, but because a quick Google search turns up nothing trustworthy. A Facebook page or a site last updated in 2019 signals that you are not taking your business seriously. Prospects notice this immediately and move on to a competitor who does have a proper presence.

The Starter Plan was designed for exactly this moment. For a one-time payment of €600 — no monthly retainer, no recurring invoice, no hidden charges — you get a complete WordPress website: up to 4 pages, basic SEO configured so Google can index you from day one, security hardening so you are not exposing a vulnerable site to automated attacks, and a fully configured hosting environment. Domain registration and standard web hosting for the first year are both included — there is nothing to set up separately before work begins. The entire build takes 2–3 weeks from the day you submit your content.

What separates a Starter Plan build from a DIY WordPress setup is the configuration work most people skip: correct heading hierarchy, XML sitemap submission to Google Search Console, SSL activation, and a caching layer that keeps page load time under three seconds. These are the technical foundations that determine whether Google trusts your site enough to rank it — and whether visitors trust it enough to contact you.

How the Starter Plan Works

Three steps from payment to a live, indexed website. Each step has a defined output so you always know where things stand.

Onboarding and Content Collection

After payment, we send you a structured content brief — a document that lists exactly what we need from you, page by page, with examples for each item: your logo file, written text, contact details, and any photos. This brief exists because the most common delay on first websites is clients not knowing what to prepare. We do not begin the WordPress build until the brief is returned, which means preparing your content thoroughly is the single biggest thing you can do to speed up your launch date.

WordPress Build and Technical Configuration

With your content in hand, we install WordPress on your hosting environment, configure a theme to match your brand’s colours and fonts, and build each of your pages. Running in parallel: we configure your SEO plugin (meta titles, meta descriptions, XML sitemap, robots.txt, Google Search Console submission), install and harden Wordfence, activate your SSL certificate, and set up a caching layer for performance.

Before anything goes public, you receive a private staging link to review the complete site. Nothing is pushed live without your explicit sign-off.

Client Review, Revisions, and Launch

You review the staging site and send us one consolidated round of changes — text edits, image swaps, colour or layout adjustments. We implement them, then publish the site to your live domain. The handoff includes a walkthrough session (video call or screen recording) that covers editing pages, updating your contact details, and publishing blog posts — everything you need to maintain the site yourself from day one without needing a developer for routine updates.

Starter Plan — Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly does the €600 include?

The €600 covers everything needed to go live: a professionally laid-out WordPress site with up to 4 pages built from your content; basic SEO configuration (meta titles, descriptions, heading structure, XML sitemap, and Google Search Console submission); 1 contact form; performance optimisation; basic security configuration; SSL activation; and one round of consolidated revisions after your review. Domain registration and standard web hosting for the first year are included — no separate provider accounts to set up before we can start. You also get 1 month of post-launch support, meaning we handle any issues that surface in the first four weeks after going live. From year two, domain and hosting renewals become your responsibility — we confirm the exact amounts at handoff so there are no surprises.

What content do I need to provide before work can start?

You need your logo file (PNG or SVG with a transparent background), the written text for each page, your business phone number and email for the contact page, and any photos you want to use. We send you a structured content brief after payment that lists every item with examples and formatting guidance. If you do not yet have professional photos, we can use free-licence stock images as temporary placeholders — but photos of you, your team, or your actual work always build more trust with real visitors than stock imagery.

Domain and hosting are included — but do I own them?

Yes, fully. The domain is registered in your name with your contact details, and the hosting account is set up under your ownership. You receive full login credentials to both at handoff — we do not retain access unless you specifically ask us to help with a future update. The first-year costs for both are covered by the €600. Annual renewals from year two (exact amounts confirmed at handoff) are your responsibility. There is no scenario where we hold your domain or hosting on your behalf — that would create an unhealthy dependency on us that is not in your interest.

Can I update the site content myself after it launches?

Yes. Editing text, replacing images, and writing blog posts in WordPress requires no coding knowledge. The handoff session at launch covers exactly these tasks. What falls outside self-service are structural changes — adding new sections to a page, creating new custom post types, or integrating third-party tools like booking systems or CRMs. Those are quoted separately and are typically jobs for the Growth Plan rather than ad-hoc additions to a Starter site.

What happens when my business grows and the Starter Plan isn’t enough?

Because the Starter Plan uses standard WordPress, upgrading to the Growth Plan (€999) is an extension, not a rebuild. We add semi-custom layouts, an advanced SEO layer, and lead-capture forms on top of the existing site. The €600 you invested in the Starter Plan is not lost — the hosting environment, domain configuration, and WordPress setup all carry forward. This is intentional: the Starter Plan is architected to be a foundation, not a dead end.
